WGLC is one of the largest women's events in the industry, and the only one that focuses on discussing key environmental, economic and professional development issues in oil and gas. At the 2011 conference, executives from leading energy companies shared the latest information on agenda topics like regulatory changes, sustainability, refining and international operations. On a professional development level, you can expect to hear about the global workforce, beoming a change agent and how to reach expert status in your field. As in years past, the 2011 WGLC provided a global gathering where women leaders networked and discussed issues surrounding their participation in the energy industry.
